This game came out for Sony's PlayStation 2 console and was never released or localized outside Japan. It's part of the action and visual novel genres. Playing as Negi, you choose two partners to accompany you from a small selection at the beginning, but if conditions are met, more characters can be unlocked. This game had two separate releases: Theater version and Live version. These releases would include different physical items and would each vary in price. They included unique bonuses exclusive to their release. This is the Live version, something that could have been considered the standard edition upon the game's initial release. Included is the game, which comes in a standard PlayStation 2 case with the same cover as the other versions with very minor differences. Inside is the game disc and the manual.
