This game came out for Sony's PlayStation 2 console and was never released or localized outside Japan. It's part of the action and visual novel genres. Playing as Negi, you choose two partners to accompany you from a small selection at the beginning, but if conditions are met, more characters can be unlocked.
This game had two separate releases: Theater version and Live version. These releases would include different physical items and would each vary in price. They included unique bonuses exclusive to their release.
