    This shirt was first available at the Great Mahora Festival, otherwise known as Dai Mahora Festival, a concert held in Japan. Konami would offer a new line of Negima!-based merch that would first premiere at this event with leftover merch later being sold on their online store. Each purchase would also award the buyer with a unique trading card. Konami Style is already accepting pre-orders for merchandise to be sold at the big event "Mahou Sensei Negima! Oasahora Festival" on December 10th ! All merchandise will be sold at the event first, and then sold to the general public. If you don't have time to go to the event or the store, check it out!
