The Library Exploration Department Telephone Card was released in Japan on July 19, 2005 by Konami. It was released as merchandise for Konami's Negima game series.
Item Details:
This card features the the library exploration trio of Yue, Nodoka, and Haruna. This was originally sold at the K-Fest (Kodansha Super Character Festival) event held July 16 & 17, 2005. They would later be available via Konami's online store, but in very limited quantities. Item Contents:
