The Last Story OP & ED Theme CD was released in Japan on August 03, 2005 by Star Child (King Records). This CD was released alongside the TV anime series that aired the same year.

The CD's highlights are the final opening and ending themes to XEBEC's 2005 Negima! anime series. The songs are performed by all 31 voice actresses of Class 2-A.
