It was recently announced that UQ Holder's anime is going to be licensed by Sentai Filmworks in English. The series will be available on Anime Strike.
For those who are unfamiliar, Anime Strike is Amazon's anime network for Prime members. With the additional price of $4.99 a month (after a 7-day free trial), members can watch series soon after they air in Japan.
While there is no word on whether there will be a dub or not, with Funimation not owning the rights to Negima's sequel, it's certainly possible that voices could change hands. However, many voices that starred in Negima's anime series have worked with both companies, so there's always that.
