The Mahoragakuen Chutobu 2-A: March: 4 Person Culture Department CD was released in Japan on December 22, 2004 by Star Child (King Records). This CD was released prior to the TV anime series that would air in January of the next year.

The CD features character songs for the members of cultural clubs. This was the twelfth and final disc released during 2004 in the 12-month span where character CD's featuring all the classmates would release monthly. Tracks:
All songs were performed by the voice actresses Ayana Sasagawa, Misa Kobayashi, Mai Aizawa and Yuka Inokuchi, the voices of Kazumi Asakura, Chizuru Naba, Natsumi Murakami and Zazie Rainyday respectively. The lyrics of Girls, be ambitious ~Let's be Cinderellas~ were written by Mika Watanabe the composition was by Ito Yamato, the arrangement by Hidenagi Kawai & Ito Yamato, while the arrangement to the remixed version was by Toshihiro Ishiguro.
