​The Negima: Magic 601: Magic and Dark Arts (Viridian Collection) DVD was released in North America on April 22, 2008, by Funimation. This volume contains episodes from the original TV series that broadcast in the August of 2004.
Item Details:
This is the last volume of a six-piece set for the original Negima anime by studio XEBEC. It includes episodes 23-26 of the show and contains both English subtitles and dub. Multiple special features were also included on the disc.

This is part of the Viridian Collection, an alternative cheaper re-release of the series. The content on the disc is the same as the other release, but the case is made of more echo-friendly materials. The case art differs only slightly, the most notable difference being the "Viridian Collection" marker on the front and bind of the sleeve.
