Pactio cards have always played a big role in all the Negima series, whether it be in the manga or anime adaptations. In fact, so many different versions were released as merchandise, so this guide's purpose is for listing what each card was released with for any who are eagar to collect them or are just curious. This covers both Negima and UQ Holder.
(Do keep in mind, all these cards were released in Japan only. All these items were released exclusively in Japan.)
Below are the differences between the cards. The plastic cards are thicker and are noticeably larger than the paper cards.
All the plastic cards are 7.8cm x 14cm in size while all the cards with the dimensions of 11..5cm x 6.4 cm are made of the thin paper material.

Negima! Manga Series Plastic Pactio Card Replicas
The cards below are by far the best quality pactio cards released, larger than the others released before and made with a thick plastic. Unlike the other series, these cards are exact replicas to the ones seen in the original manga; the backs are true to the original source, do not have watermarks and feature the proper name with who the pactio was made with.
Note: not all of these cards were seen in the manga. (Ex: Evangeline card.)
The pactios belong to Negi are listed first and are in numerical order. The others will be listed afterwards.
They are made of a thick waterproof plastic material and are 7.8cm x 14cm.
They are direct replicas and the backs vary according to who the master of the pactio is.

Negima! Anime Final Golden Holo Plastic Pactio Card Replicas
A box of special pactio cards was released with the volume 37 limited edition manga. The cards are based off the designs used in the Negima Anime Final movie, which was also included in the limited edition box set. 31 cards are included in the set.
The cards are near identical to the other Negima! manga pactio cards, however, these cards feature new golden holographic backgrounds.
The backs of the cards all claim Negi as the pactio master, with the exception of Negi's card, which lists Theodora as the master. In addition, the backs also have printed autographs of the character's respective voice actors.

Negima! Blu-ray Boxes Pactio Cards
This set of pactio cards came exclusively with the blu-ray box sets released in 2017 and included 31 cards, featuring the girls of 3-A and Negi. The cards were separated into three separate boxes containing the blu-ray versions of the anime.
The set has the same character designs as the gold foil cards, but no longer have the foil design. Other notable differences include the material, now made of a thin paper instead of plastic and instead of being perfect replicas, the backs have been altered. Each of the cards reads Negi as the contract's master aside from Negi's card, which reads Theodora as the master.

Negima! Anime Series Pactio Cards
These cards are based off the original anime series, Negima!
Though some designs are based off the original manga, due to the anime ending far sooner than the manga and because of time constraints, the majority of the cards that were released with the special edition DVDs were not designed by Ken Akamatsu, but the animation studio, Xebec.

These cards are taken from the spin-off manga series, Negima!? Neo. Only a few were released and very quite a bit from the other types of pactio cards released.

UQ Holder! Plastic Pactio Cards
So far, only a couple cards have been released for the UQ Holder series. The cards are made of a thick waterproof plastic. Evangeline's features Negi's name on the back and the other's feature Touta's. When released, these were not seen in the manga, but certain cards have made an appearance in recent chapters.

The set consists of a Yukihime, Kuromaru, Karin, Kirie, and Nodoka card. A popularity poll conducted in October of 2017 resulted in Nodoka receiving a card in the box with a new design.
