The OAD's for both Negima and UQ Holder have unfortunately never been licensed overseas and never received official translations or been dubbed. Luckily, there have been those who have taken the time to help translate episodes and provide subtitles to these episodes.
While we do not currently have the translation to the first OAD, we do have one for the second, which you can download the subtitle file below!
Do keep in mind, due to copyright laws, we will not be providing the episode itself, only a file containing the subtitles. We do encourage supporting the official release, but if you managed to get a hold of the episode, you may use the file to read an English translation.
